I have been a first home owner for about 2 months and I love it!

At first I was a bit scared......I wasn't sure how I would be able to afford everything.

I weighed up the pros and cons of buying my own house rather than renting, and for me, buying was definitely the better option. For around the same price each week I worked out I could pay off my own home rather than someone else's.

You should definitely weigh up the pros and cons before you do anything you are unsure about e.g. starting a business, buying a rental property etc.
